In the Welcome to SPEAK MPLS certification class, you will learn about SPEAK MPLS and the history of public access TV. Participants will explore our broadcasting and community media services, and review the Member Playbook. The goal of the Welcome to SPEAK MPLS Certification is for members to have all the tools to fully engage and thrive as part of the SPEAK MPLS community.
